As Insights & Performance Management Manager, you play a key role in helping HEINEKEN make smarter commercial decisions across our global sales organization. By bringing together customer insights, commercial analytics, planning and performance reporting, you enable markets to make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth and commercial excellence.

In this global role, you'll also oversee our Care & Dare agenda, embedding people and culture initiatives into the way we sell, collaborate and lead. Working closely with colleagues across Global Sales, Route to Consumer (RTC), Trade Marketing and our Operating Companies, you'll connect strategy with execution—ensuring insights translate into meaningful actions and measurable business impact.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement a standardized approach to customer insights and sales analytics, translating findings into actionable recommendations for sales, RTC, and trade marketing team.
  • Design and manage a global framework for commercial planning and performance reporting, aligning KPIs across markets and delivering dashboards that support decision-making.
  • Drive the global rollout of Care & Dare initiatives, including Brand Promoters, Women in Sales and Sales Safety, embedding these programmes into our commercial ways of working.
  • Collaborate with the Capability Deployment & Sales Accelerators team to ensure insights and performance data shape capability-building priorities and targeted interventions.
  • Act as the bridge between Global and Operating Companies (OpCos), supporting local markets with relevant insights and ensuring global strategies are translated into effective execution.
  • Foster a culture of performance, transparency and continuous improvement by championing data-driven decision-making across the commercial organisation.

Experience & Profile

What

  • University degree.
  • 12+ years of experience in commercial, sales strategy, analytics or planning roles, preferably in FMCG.
  • Experience working with Route to Consumer (RTC) and Trade Marketing functions.
  • Experience leading people and culture initiatives or commercial transformation programmes.
  • Strong expertise in commercial insights, performance management, strategic planning and stakeholder management.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
