As a supply planner intern, you will work with stakeholders to set a plan for global sites that satisfies demand while considering complex constraints. Join us in Sassenheim and be a crucial part of AkzoNobel's young and significant pillar that runs most of its supply chain activities.

What can you expect from us?

As a student, you can learn about supply planning for a paints/coatings production site. This involves developing efficient plans to meet customer demand and managing resources. You will also need to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging, manage relationships with suppliers, and plan for the distribution of products. We are a department with a diverse team of 60+ supply chain enthusiasts from around the world who share a collaborative mindset.

What do you need to have to be successful in this internship?

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Masters in business administration or Engineering with specialization in Supply chain management
  • Must be enrolled as a student for the full duration of the internship
  • Internship lasting 6 months
  • Fluent in English is a must; mastery of another European language is considered a plus
