Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Validate and process data in our in-house payroll system.
  • Ensure payroll, benefits reporting and payments, are compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Closely collaborate with finance, to ensure smooth payroll processing and support and maintenance of our time tracking system.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement working closely with the AskHR teams, HR Business Operations team and broader HR Services team to achieve solutions and improvements for all processes / tasks performed in the HR Shared Services Center.
  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries via the case management system (Service Now).
  • Act as a strong advocate of the HR operating model, promoting its principles and educating internal customers on HR systems and processes.
  • Update payroll information for employees on our HR Portal and research and interpret regulatory requirements for payroll processing.
  • Respond to auditing and regulatory inquiries.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Fluent (verbal and written) in English and Dutch.
  • Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or other relevant Degrees.
  • Advanced Excel user.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach combined with confidentiality and data protection mindset.
  • Experience in HR / Payroll, experience with payroll software: ADP (Perman), experience with time tracking software: Kronos and experience in a multinational company are considered advantages for the role.
