Internship digital marketing - pricing & customer loyalty

Hi, we are Swapfiets! 👋 The bicycle subscription where you are always assured of a working bicycle. Our mission? Making cities more livable and sustainable under the motto 'buy less, use more'.

For our Marketing team, we are looking for a digital marketing intern who gets new customers excited to join Swapfiets and thinks about ways to keep current customers with Swapfiets as long as possible.

What you will do

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who’s excited to turn insights into impact. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of projects in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with our marketing team.

You’ll support our pricing marketeer in refining our strategy and execution, and contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing member loyalty across our eight markets. You’ll also help research market trends, analyze campaign performance and customer loyalty.

How you pedal us forward

• Support with promo and pricing projects, including setting prices, analyzing promotions, and creating voucher codes
• Through analysis, you'll identify new improvement areas and contribute to our 2027 strategic year plan
• Work on business cases for new prices, promotions and partnerships
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns
• Contribute to projects aimed at increasing customer lifetime value
• Explore new market trends to support acquisition and retention goals
• Perform data analysis to optimize CRM strategies and enhance customer engagement
• Support the development and improvement of our referral program strategy

The gear you’ll need

You are currently studying marketing analytics, finance, or a related field. You have a strong enthusiasm for numbers, marketing, business cases, and data analysis. You'll be joining us at a key moment, as we’ll be busy developing our strategic year plan for the upcoming year.

You’ll bring:

• A minimum of HBO-level working and thinking ability
• A commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
• Enthusiasm for building and reviewing business cases in Excel
• Experience with analyzing data sets and deriving insightful conclusions from them. Bonus: experience with SQL
• Fluency in English
• Availability for at least four days per week
• Preferred start date: Beginning of September
