Our Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team drives transformations towards a data-driven organization. We help clients across industries to develop their long-term data strategy, processes and operating model, with the objective to govern and manage data as a valuable asset and build the foundation to exploit opportunities that advanced analytics, AI, DataOps and automation present. We ensure growing awareness of the importance of data management capabilities such as data governance, data quality and metadata management and help clients to see, understand and capitalize on data trends.
We are looking for a Senior Manager to join us in solving clients’ toughest technology, strategy and transformation problems from a data perspective. We combine industry experience, consulting skills and data management capabilities to create a lasting impact that matters. Whether it is defining a data strategy, orchestrating new ways of working to govern and manage data more efficiently or implementing technology-based data solutions, we need the very best people to join and strengthen our inclusive EDM team.

For the role of Senior Manager Enterprise Data Management, you:
- have graduated with a master’s degree, with a preference for technology-related studies such as Business Information Management, Engineering, or Informatics;
- have at least eight years of relevant and demonstrable work experience;
- have experience with leading client projects end to end;
- demonstrate an understanding of data strategy and data governance principles and familiarity with processes, policies and key technology vendor platforms;
- demonstrate knowledge of data quality management, metadata and master data management principles;
- have advised Chief Data Officers, with proven experience on this type of project;
- have a broad network within one or more industries;
- are ambitious, commercial, and dare to be entrepreneurial;
- are a team player, and master the English language on working proficiency. The Dutch language is a nice to have.
How do you do this?
- Define clients’ data strategy, business case and roadmap to ensure data is managed and used as a valuable asset.
- Define a client’s to-be state, including the design of a data governance operating model and the set-up of a data management office through which data is efficiently managed within the organization, securing its trust and accountability.
- Design an end-to-end process to proactively raise and resolve data quality issues.
- Assess vendors and recommend and implement data tooling and methods to support client business strategies.
- Work on and manage projects to embed data operating models, data governance frameworks and data capabilities in the client organisation in a sustainable way.
- Apply your knowledge and experience in disruptive technologies and trends such as Artificial Intelligence, DataOps and Data Mesh.
- Assist in the further development of market-leading solutions and delivery offerings and help produce proposal documents to showcase capabilities to clients.
- Work effectively and lead diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
