Work closely with the Design Manager, Menswear and provide support on design, research and development for the Karl Lagerfeld Menswear Collection. You will be closely working together with the RTW team and the Product development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Research
  • Creating/updating Technical Sketches supporting TechPack Update
  • Working on Seasonal Overviews/Range plans/Colour boards/Fabric boards under the guidance of the Design Team.
  • Ensuring all Seasonal files & Mood boards are kept up-to-date.
  • Preparing fitting sessions and organizing/recording relevant information
  • Generally supporting the Design Team and helping to keep the office organized at all times

Skills, Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in fashion
  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • The distinctive product taste level
  • Interest and passion on menswear clothing
  • Good to excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is a necessity. AI platform is a plus.

Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of the ADOBE package (especially for Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Has an eye for detail and consistency
  • Insight into the merchandising function
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Researching – art-based and fashion-based reference
  • Be up to date with the latest trends and designs.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must
