What you would do as our part-time Transformation Leader

As our part-time Transformation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director and Kadex leadership team in transforming the organisation from a small entrepreneurial structure into a scalable organisation fully integrated within Global Offering.

You would also:

• Develop organisational structures aligned with growth ambitions, including defining roles, responsibilities and leadership layers.
• Support the Managing Director and leadership team in translating strategy into scalable organisational design and ways of working.
• Drive hands-on transformation initiatives across HR and organisational development, ensuring execution in practice.
• Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including defining hiring needs, running selection processes and supporting onboarding.
• Support change management initiatives across the organisation, enabling adoption of new ways of working.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in organisational transformation, HR transformation, consultancy or operational leadership in scaling environments.
• Has experience in recruitment and managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Has worked in organisations undergoing growth, scaling or structural change.
• Is comfortable operating in evolving and unstructured environments.
• Is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to switch between design and execution.
