As a Logistics Process Control Specialist, you are the specialist for all our operational logistics processes within our warehouse management system worldwide. With your knowledge and expertise, you support all operations with their process-related questions and issues, and you implement changes or new processes. In this position, you are the linking pin between our operation and our IT SCM team. You ensure that issues are resolved or addressed quickly, that all changes are thoroughly tested before go-live, that you train warehouse employees (together with the logistics trainer or independently), and that you monitor the processes. You also ensure that changes to the system are clearly described to support a smooth process.

You will:

  • Support warehouse teams worldwide with SAP EWM questions, issues, and process improvements
  • Test new and improved processes and make sure they are ready for a smooth go-live
  • Act as the first point of contact for SAP issues and solve problems quickly together with SCM and IT teams
  • Help improve systems and ways of working by sharing insights and joining improvement projects
  • Train users, create clear work instructions, and support implementations on site when needed

We ask:

  • You have hands-on experience with SAP EWM and understand warehouse processes
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar logistics or process role
  • You are analytical, structured, and enjoy improving systems and processes
  • You communicate easily with different teams, from operators to engineers
  • You are proactive, team-oriented, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
