About this role

Join our Core HR Services team as a Workforce Admin Intern, primarily supporting the global Workforce Admin team as well as Learning and Rewards. This 6-month internship, starting preferably in August, offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced international environment where you'll contribute to delivering excellent employee experiences throughout the JETer journey. Working from our Amsterdam office, you'll collaborate with HR Business Partners, Line Managers, and stakeholders across the business, embodying our values to lead with clarity, deliver with excellence, and care for our people.

Reports to: Workforce Admin Delivery Lead

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Provide administrative and operational support across HR Services, including Workforce Admin, Learning, and Rewards
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the wider HR team to resolve employee queries
  • Contribute to global HR projects focused on process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Stay current on employment regulations and support compliance with HR policies

What will you bring to the team?

  • Currently enrolled as a student throughout the full 6-month internship period (August start)
  • Studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems such as Workday is beneficial
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills in German, Danish, Italian, Spanish, Bulgarian, or Polish are valuable
  • Genuine interest in HR processes, employee experience, and international HR practices
