As a Quality Engineer, you will assure the quality of our innovative cloud solutions. Based on user stories, you will interpret product specifications and develop comprehensive test designs/plans to perform functional and load testing. You will also be involved in the design and maintenance of the automation framework for application, functional and regression testing. You will collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality goals and objectives to our customers.

We focus on building and maintaining high quality integrations and data platforms that powers seamless communication between our products and partners, consistent performance, and a stable foundation for continuous growth.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining test and automation strategies.
  • Contributing to the test automation framework.
  • Preparing technical feasibility and estimates for proposed automation solutions.
  • Collaborating with other team members and providing guidance and coaching on automated testing.

This is what you bring:

  • A degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, or business studies.
  • Payroll knowledge is essential (tax, pension or payslip declarations experience).
  • Extensive experience in testing web applications and APIs.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software automation testing.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub is required.
  • A hands-on mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (primary language is English).
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • A passion for quality and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with load and stress testing is a plus.

We also rely on you as a Quality Engineer to:

  • Collaborate with SCRUM teams and product owners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for efficient collaboration and GitHub for code management.
  • Demonstrate responsibility and ownership in all tasks.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide coaching and training to more junior team members.
