As our Finance Corporate – CFC Manager, you will lead the Controllable Fixed Costs (CFC) agenda across the organization, driving financial planning, performance management, governance, and cost optimization while partnering closely with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making.

The role

As our Finance Corporate – CFC Manager, you play a critical role in leading the end-to-end CFC function. You will oversee planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management while driving finance transformation, strengthening cost discipline, and supporting strategic decisions through insightful financial analysis and business partnering. You will lead a team of analysts and work closely with Finance leadership across the organization.

1. CFC Leadership & Governance

  • Lead and develop the CFC team, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Own CFC governance, ensuring consistency in cost classification, reporting, and controls
  • Drive the CFC agenda as part of Finance Transformation initiatives
  • Ensure strong cost discipline, transparency, and accountability across the organization

2. Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close activities across the full CFC scope
  • Deliver consolidated performance insights, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Lead executive reporting for senior leadership, including the CFO and Executive Committee
  • Enable informed decision-making through robust financial analysis and storytelling

3. Business Partnering & Strategic Influence

  • Act as senior finance partner to functional leadership teams
  • Influence strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Partner with HR to ensure alignment between financials and headcount planning
  • Drive collaboration across Finance and business functions to optimize performance

4. Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead process simplification, automation, and finance efficiency initiatives
  • Support transformation projects aimed at improving reporting quality and operational effectiveness
  • Drive cost optimization and productivity programs across the organization
  • Strengthen financial governance and control frameworks

5. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and financial policies
  • Maintain strong governance and financial discipline across all CFC activities
  • Support audit readiness and compliance activities where required

Your skills and experience include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or FP&A
  • Proven experience leading teams within a matrix organization
  • Strong cost management mindset and business partnering capabilities
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling business stories
  • Experience in finance transformation, systems implementation, or process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills in an international environment
