Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Business Excellence Leader to lead practical, high-impact programs in our business that boost growth, simplicity and customer experience. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and to identify, validate and scale AI-enabled solutions across the Oral Healthcare business.

Your role:

  • Lead cross-functional end-to-end improvement initiatives aligned with OHC priorities, leveraging Lean, Agile, and Continuous Improvement (CI) methods.
  • Conduct end-to-end process reviews to map current state, quantify inefficiencies, identify bottlenecks and prioritize improvement opportunities with clear business case.
  • Be the OHC AI Ambassador: Identify, pilot, and scale AI-enabled solutions by partnering with central teams, data science, IT, and business stakeholders to translate use cases, design feasible pilots, validate impact and governance, and develop pragmatic deployment roadmaps that ensure safe, compliant, and sustainable scaling.
  • Drive structured change management: identify root causes, design and test solutions and ensure it is embedded in the organization.
  • Build a continuous-improvement mindset across the organization — coach stakeholders and teams to adopt new processes or behaviors.
  • Run cross-functional projects and workshops that remove barriers and accelerate business results.
  • Track milestones, risks, budgets, and benefits realization.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 6–10+ years’ experience in driving transformation, change management, operational excellence, project management and business improvement in complex matrix organizations.
  • Practical hands-on experience with Lean, Agile and CI methodologies and a track record of moving initiatives from pilot to scale with measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrable experience with AI or data-driven initiatives: spotting use cases, designing pilots, managing model delivery, and measuring ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to make recommendations; familiarity with common analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management — ability to influence at all levels, drive consensus and deliver change without direct authority.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, rapid experimentation mindset, and results orientation with sense of urgency.
  • You will be based at our head office in Amsterdam, willingness to travel up to 25%.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
