Job Description

Your role:

Integration & Carve-Out Execution

  • Lead integration and disentanglement programs across the transaction lifecycle, including sign-to-close preparation, Day-1 readiness, stabilization, and TSA execution and exit.
  • Translate deal objectives, synergy assumptions, and separation logic into integrated execution plans and realistic timelines.
  • Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Governance & Decision Support

  • Establish and run appropriate program governance, including senior oversights and workstream oversight.
  • Support timely and well-informed decision making by senior management through structured analysis, clear options, and execution-focused recommendations.
  • Escalate material risks, trade-offs, and execution issues where required.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, HR, Supply Chain, Legal, Commercial, Quality & Regulatory, and other functions. Lead day-to-day program execution and coordinate workstream delivery across functions.
  • Drive accountability across workstreams and ensure delivery against agreed milestones.
  • Support workstream leaders in problem-solving and issue resolution.

Execution Risk & Value Protection

  • Identify key execution risks early and drive mitigation actions to avoid disruption or value leakage.
  • Safeguard continuity of operations during Day-1 transitions and subsequent separation or integration phases.
  • Track execution against agreed assumptions and budgets.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a central coordination point between Business leaders, Functional teams, Markets, and external advisors.
  • Build productive working relationships across organizational boundaries.
  • Communicate clearly and credibly with senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and required actions.
  • Support alignment and issue resolution among diverse stakeholder groups.

Continuous Improvement

  • Capture lessons learned from completed transactions and contribute to continuous improvement of integration and disentanglement practices.
  • Share best practices across the broader PMI capability.

You're the right fit if:

  • Experience in post-merger integration, carve-outs, program management, or complex transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in complex and time-sensitive situations.
  • Solid understanding of M&A transactions and the operational implications of integrations and separations.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in large, matrixed organizations.
