At Hunkemöller, we believe learning should be engaging, practical and connected to the business. As our Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping learning initiatives and talent programs that help our retail colleagues develop, perform and grow.
In this role, you will act as a learning partner for the business, translating capability needs into impactful learning solutions. From designing blended learning programmes to supporting talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development initiatives, you will help build future-ready talent pipelines across the organisation.
You will work closely with HR, Retail and business stakeholders to make sure our learning and talent approach supports our strategic priorities and reflects who we are: light-hearted, curious, empowering and authentic.
