Turn complexity into clarity in one of the most talked-about and challenging areas in IAM, shaping how Non-Human Identities are governed at Rabobank, where Identity Governance for Non-Human Identities (IGA4NHI) is not just a topic of discussion, but already being built and implemented in production.

You & Your Function

As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in bringing structure to a complex and rapidly evolving area. You translate business needs, risks, and regulatory requirements into clear and actionable requirements, ensuring they are implemented effectively within our IGA4NHI platform powered by One Identity.

You operate at the intersection of business and IT, where you align stakeholders, support decision-making, and turn complex challenges into workable solutions. You work closely with engineers and architects to ensure solutions are not only technically sound, but also aligned with governance and compliance needs.

This is a space where many things are still being defined. That means you don’t just analyse, you actively shape how Identity Governance for Non-Human Identities is designed and applied across the bank.

Examples for Practices

  • Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into clear IAM and One Identity requirements
  • Define and improve governance processes such as onboarding, lifecycle management, and access control
  • Analyse identity structures, access models, and risks to improve visibility and control
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and support decision-making across business and IT

Top 3 responsibilities

  • Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable IAM and One Identity requirements
  • Drive clarity and structure in governance processes for Non-Human Identities (onboarding, lifecycle, access control)
  • Align stakeholders across business and IT, enabling well-informed decisions and successful delivery

Together we achieve more than alone

The team of IAM Identity & Account Management 4 NHI builds and scales Identity Governance capabilities for Non-Human Identities, with One Identity as the backbone of our platform. We are a collaborative, impact-driven team that works closely together, takes ownership, and delivers real results in production.
