Junior Liquidity Reporting Specialist

You and your job

Imagine working in a context in which taking on challenges, participating in both operational tasks as well as projects, and where innovation is key. As a Reporting Specialist, you are at the heart of Rabobank Group. Both internal and external liquidity reporting is performed and facilitated within this Reporting Centre.

You are surrounded by energized and inspired colleagues and together you will tackle various regulatory reporting and other data-related challenges. This role offers you the opportunity to partner and liaise with several departments, such as treasury, risk management and control. We strongly believe that working in multidisciplinary teams will lead to the best results. You will be challenged and encouraged to show initiative when working on projects and improving processes and systems.

The squad you will be working in is the Liquidity squad within Tribe External Reporting. You will work on the monthly figures that we provide to our internal stakeholders and the regulator. Due to our ambition to enhance the functionality we offer to our stakeholders and increased regulatory requirements, this is a very exciting and challenging job.

Making a difference

  • Your activities consist of collecting and validating data from various sources, investigating and resolving inconsistencies and errors, preparing reports, and analysing shifts in the figures.
  • You are actively engaged in process improvement in current work, maintain contact with stakeholders, and participate in projects.
  • You have an eye for structurally solving data quality issues.
  • You will be working on both the regulatory reports and the reports for internal clients.
  • Your work is the foundation upon which senior management makes policy decisions.
  • This role is part of the liquidity reporting team.

Young development as a young professional

In the Early Career Program, you will have the opportunity to get to know yourself, the field, and Rabobank. The program lasts a total of 18 months. You will start the program in a junior position within one team, participate in online workshops and training modules with other juniors, and quickly gain practical experience.

Together with others, there is room for creativity and initiative to organize events, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. This way, the program and the participants continuously improve. You will easily build a large and valuable network within the bank.

Please note that we are looking for candidates who already live in the Netherlands due to the starting date of this position.
