You & your role

As Agile Recruitment Operations Intern, you know the secrets of creating a smooth hiring and onboarding experience. You help coordinate recruitment activities, monitor progress and ensure stakeholders stay informed. You also support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient and effective.

You and your talent

  • You are currently enrolled in a HBO/WO Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Studies or a related field.
  • Interested in recruitment, people operations, Human Resources or Agile ways of working.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, reliable, collaborative and eager to learn.
