About the role

As an Intern Product Management – Robot Vacuums, you will join our Product Team, where we define the roadmap, value proposition, and commercial positioning of our robot vacuum portfolio.

Robot vacuums are still in the early stages of market adoption across Europe, with ownership largely concentrated among technology enthusiasts and early adopters. We believe the next phase of growth will come from practical household users who value convenience, reliability, and peace of mind over advanced technical features.

As part of this internship or graduation assignment, you will investigate conceptually how our digital & app experience can better address the needs of these consumers. You will also support the team in improving the overall digital experience for Robot Vacuum Cleaners globally. The team expects you to join for a minimum of 6 months.

The impact you’ll make

Your work will directly influence the future direction of our robot vacuum portfolio and connected app experience.

You will help us understand how to:

  • Improve the app experience to make setup, operation, and maintenance easier and more intuitive
  • Increase adoption among mainstream households and practical users
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate our proposition from competitors
  • Explore how the app can support commercial objectives such as customer engagement, retention, accessory sales, premium services, and brand loyalty
  • Investigate our current position in online environments (digital & app) versus the competition
  • Improve our global digital experience for robot vacuum cleaner products by supporting the team with new product launches and reviewing current online commercial pages

As part of the assignment, you will not only identify opportunities but also develop and validate solution concepts. Depending on your background and interests, this may include customer journey improvements, wireframes, UX concepts, feature proposals, service concepts, or app design mockups.

You will work closely with Product Management, UX, Engineering, and Marketing teams and translate your findings into a structured product proposal.
