Drive the future growth of high-quality milk foam solutions in the global OOH coffee market. In this role, you turn Lattiz into new growth opportunities by developing innovative concepts, building strategic partnerships, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring commercially viable concepts from idea to field validation and shape the next generation of out-of-home coffee solutions.

What We Ask

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, innovation, and/or business development, with a proven track record in developing and commercialising concepts.
  • Strong expertise and network within the professional coffee market and/or appliance-based systems.
  • Experience with service-based models and product-as-a-service concepts is a strong plus.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven mindset, with affinity for R&D and engineering.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in complex international and matrix organisations.

Vacancy Description

As Concept Development Manager, you play a central role in shaping the future of FrieslandCampina’s Lattiz Inside platform.

  • Identifying new business opportunities in the milk-based beverage market and creating awareness and interest for them amongst potential partners.
  • Defining, designing, and validating new concepts that meet the needs and expectations of these partners and the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Designing new business opportunities, validating them at both the engineered prototype and commercial proof levels, and defining the final commercial concept requirements.

In this role, your influence extends across the entire systems organization: you help accelerate growth, strengthen our innovation pipeline, and translate customer needs into solutions that create value for FrieslandCampina, our partners, and ultimately the millions of consumers enjoying a better coffee experience every day.

You will join the Marketing & Innovation team within our Systems organization, a highly collaborative, cross-functional group with a strong growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll collaborate closely with R&D, Product Owners, Sales, and external partners, all committed to pushing the boundaries of automated milk-foam solutions. Based in Amersfoort with regular presence in Wageningen, you’ll be part of a team that thrives on curiosity, co-creation, and turning ideas into real-world impact.
