Retail Assistant (Athlete) - PT 24 HRS - NIKE SUGAR CITY

At NIKE retail stores, retail assistants are called “Athletes.” Nike Sugar City is looking for the next 24hrs Part Time Athlete to join the team and provide world-class service to the consumer.

What you bring:

• Use your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to consumers.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Support various store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, building visual displays, and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Improve your own knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date and gain more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to effectively communicate in English. Please provide your resume in English.
• Must be able to live and work in the Netherlands.
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
