Over de functie

De CE Service Specialist zorgt voor de continuïteit en optimale werking van Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement en alle aanvullende ISV-oplossingen. Dit omvat verschillende modules zoals Dynamics CE Sales, Project Operations, Customer Service, integraties en andere ISV-oplossingen om te blijven voldoen aan de wensen, eisen en afgesproken prestatiekenmerken van de business. Je ondersteunt collega’s in de business bij het adopteren van nieuwe manieren van werken met Dynamics 365, met een focus op de CE-module.

What are you going to do in this position?

  • You are responsible for the maintenance and support of systems and applications with a clear focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules and additional Apps.
  • You leverage Service Management practices like Incident, Change and Problem Management to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the systems.
  • You work on improvements like automation, new workflows and reporting.
  • You provide training and support to key users in the use of the information provision.
  • You create and maintain digital documentation and instructional videos.
  • You help with evolving the level of maturity of the Service Management practices by identifying and proposing process improvements.
  • You help to create and multiply the knowledge within the team.

We are looking for candidates with the following background:

  • Relevant educational background (e.g., Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrable experience in a support role within an international ERP environment, preferably with Microsoft technology.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the most important business processes and products.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or practical knowledge of Incident, Change and Problem Management practices are a plus.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing), Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
  • Based in the Netherlands and entitled to work here.
