Logistic (Process) Engineer

As a Logistics Engineer at vidaXL, you play a key role in optimizing and future-proofing our logistics operations. You combine analytical expertise with hands-on execution to identify improvement opportunities, design scalable solutions, and drive operational excellence. Acting as the bridge between Operations, IT, and Engineering, you ensure that processes, systems, and people work together efficiently to deliver sustainable performance improvements.

You will:

• Analyze end-to-end logistics processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Design and implement scalable process improvements, warehouse layouts, and logistics solutions.
• Lead improvement projects from concept and testing through to implementation and stabilization.
• Translate operational requirements into system improvements and support SAP/EWM-related developments.
• Develop process documentation, support process adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

We ask:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or a similar role.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or Value Stream Mapping.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, preferably SAP EWM.
• Strong analytical skills, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
