About the role

As Senior HR Business Partner R&D Household Care & Germ, you will lead a bold People Strategy that shapes the future of talent and culture across multiple business functions. With a client group of approximately 830, you will act as a trusted advisor and cultural catalyst, ensuring our people agenda is fully aligned with business priorities, engagement remains at the heart of everything we do, and leadership capability is elevated to meet tomorrow’s challenges.

Playing a pivotal role on your respective leadership teams, you will influence, mentor, and inspire people to reach their potential and perform at their best. Through collaboration with Area HR and Centres of Excellence, you will deliver initiatives that unlock potential, accelerate performance, and make a profound impact on Reckitt’s future growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Devise and deliver HR strategy and people plans for your functions: Partner with functional leadership teams to develop people strategies and action plans that drive performance, potential, and business priorities.
  • Talent management: Shape the future of talent through sustainable succession plans that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent, with a heightened focus on career planning and leadership development.
  • Elevate Employee Experience: Work with your leadership team to shape the culture, engagement and recognition initiatives, and embed a culture of high performance.
  • Lead with Influence & Impact: Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and organisation change and transformation.
  • Future-Proof Capabilities: Collaborate with leaders to define critical functional capabilities and associated development initiatives that align with current business priorities and future skills and capability needs.
  • Lead change with purpose: Ensure value creation through managing organisational transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with evolving business landscapes and effective change management and communications.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with our Centres of Excellence to deploy global people initiatives and deliver strategic talent outcomes.
  • Harness Data for Decisions: Leverage analytics and talent metrics to measure impact, optimise ROI, and support compelling stories and strategic decision-making.
  • Employee relations: Partner with leaders to provide expert employee relations advice and case management, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

The experience we're looking for

  • Experience in HR partnering and talent management roles, including partnering with senior leadership in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Experience partnering with global teams across multiple locations, collaborating effectively with local HR to drive the agenda forward and support leaders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with expertise in influencing senior leaders, conflict resolution and project management.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience delivering team engagement workshops and leadership training.
  • Experience driving strategic business transformation and managing change.
  • Experience driving an HR agenda in a cross-matrix organisation and being comfortable with complexity.
  • Experience in devising strategic HR interventions that deliver organisational excellence, demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking to solve business problems.
  • Strong commercial acumen, value creation, enterprise leadership, and experience in driving learning and development, talent management, engagement, and compliance.
  • Digital fluency and adeptness in leveraging data to inform compelling stories and strategies.
