Internship Multimedia Content Creative

As a Multimedia Content Creative intern, you will help conceptualize, design, and produce content and work on other projects that communicate our services to young candidates and potential clients of our Talent Program.

Your role

Mploy Associates supports large organizations by providing young consultants through its Talent Program. These junior consultants work at the client for two years while spending several hours each week on their personal and professional development with Mploy Associates. After completing the program, they typically continue their careers internally at the client.

In this internship, you will support our team across various Marketing & Design projects and daily content activities. You will work closely with our Content Marketeer, who will also guide you throughout the internship. You will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, plan and execute projects, and design or produce content.

• Content Analysis: Review all types of content we create with your own critical perspective. Share your insights: What can be improved? What should we do more of? And what should we stop doing?
• Stakeholder Meetings: Interview internal stakeholders and consultants (our target audience) to gather feedback on our content and understand how our brand is perceived across digital and social platforms.
• Competitor Analysis: Research the digital content, websites, and social media presence of Mploy Associates and our direct competitors to identify opportunities and best practices.
• Content Production: You will be part of our weekly content production process, working with cameras, lighting, and design tools to create fully in-house content from concept to final output.
• Improvements & Redesign: Together with other teams, you will review outdated materials, explore new content opportunities, and redesign assets to align with our current visual branding.

Your profile

You are an enthusiastic creative person who wants to dive deeper into the world of content marketing, a place where you can fully express your creativity through content creation.

• Third-year bachelor’s — You are a third-year HBO student in creative media or a related field.
• Adobe Creative Cloud skills — You can work confidently within the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
• Independent research ability — You can conduct research independently and are eager to learn new tools and techniques.
• Comfortable communicating in English — You don’t mind communicating and writing in English, as we work with many international consultants.
• On-site availability — You are able to work at our Utrecht office four days per week.
