Learning Operations Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Learning Operations Specialist who wants to make a real impact on how over 10,000 employees across Europe learn and grow. At Basic-Fit, you'll be the operational backbone of our Learning & Talent team: the person who keeps our LMS platforms running smoothly, our learning data clean and meaningful, and our campaigns landing on time across five markets.

You'll own the systems, drive the data quality, and coordinate everything from content uploads to vendor partnerships. If you get a genuine kick from a well-structured learning catalogue, a clean completion report, and a campaign that goes live without a hitch, then this role is for you.

This Is What Your Role Looks Like

• LMS administration & systems: Own day-to-day administration of Workday Learning and Learning Tools across all five markets: content uploads, course structures, enrolment rules, and catalogue maintenance.
• Reporting & data: Build and maintain dashboards and completion reports, monitor data quality, and ensure compliance reporting is accurate and on time.
• Learning campaigns: Coordinate campaign rollouts from briefing to go-live, track performance, and proactively flag low engagement.
• L&D operations & documentation: Maintain SOPs and process documentation, coordinate logistics for learning events, and support programme design.
• Vendor & tool coordination: Manage relationships with content vendors (LinkedIn Learning, GoodHabitz, Play It), handle licence management, and liaise with IT, Legal, and Procurement on integrations and renewals.

Who Are You?

You are a structured systems thinker who creates clarity out of complexity. Whether it's optimising an LMS configuration or building a reporting dashboard that actually tells a story, you bring precision, ownership, and a process-first mindset to everything you do.

Additionally, we're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in LMS administration: hands-on experience with Workday Learning is a must.
• Data-driven, with a strong eye for quality and the ability to translate numbers into insights.
• Organised and process-minded: you build structure, not chaos, and you thrive in a multi-market environment.
• A strong communicator, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across markets.
• Fluent in English; an additional European language (French, Dutch, Spanish, or German) is a strong advantage.
• Bonus points if you have experience with Articulate 360, Synthesia, or AI content creation tools, or a background in GDPR-compliant HR/learning environments.
