Retail Assistant (Athlete) PT8 HRS - NIKE LELYSTAD

At NIKE retail stores, retail assistants are called “Athletes”. Nike Lelystad is looking for the next Retail Assistant to join the team and provide world-class service to the consumer.

What you bring:

• Using your expertise in the field of exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to consumers.
• Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Supporting various store departments (e.g. operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on shopfloor, build visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Improving your own knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date and gain more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to effectively communicate in English.
• Must be able to live and work in the Netherlands.
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
