As a Business Analyst Working Student at Picnic, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges with fresh, groundbreaking solutions. This role is all about driving impact—you’ll analyze data, help identify opportunities, and support strategies that push boundaries and redefine the grocery shopping experience. You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Create and optimize models for real-time improvements.
  • Work effectively with different teams to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions.
  • Take initiative by challenging the status quo and rethinking how things are done.

Your superpowers

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Automation or Production Engineering; Mathematics; Econometrics; AI; or equivalent.
  • You have a passion for data analytics and business consulting.
  • You are comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • You have the ability to explain complex analytical concepts in a comprehensible manner to various stakeholders.
  • Your communication skills allow you to convert abstract plans into digestible information.
  • You have proficiency with SQL and Python, or are excited to learn.
  • You are fluent in both written and verbal English (French is a plus) and have EU citizenship.
  • You are available for a minimum of 16h per week for a minimum of 4 months, preferably more.
