At Karl Lagerfeld, the Operations Intern supports the day-to-day activities of the Operations Department, contributing to the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of operational processes across the brand. This role involves data validation, system maintenance, and cross-functional coordination with both internal teams and external partners.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Wholesale platform maintenance — Ensure the product and customer data is set up accordingly, accurate, and functioning smoothly for internal and external users.
  • Item set-up — Create and maintain product records in ERP system, ensuring completeness and correctness.
  • Customer set-up — Register new customers and maintain customer data.
  • Master Data updates — Verify and execute data changes, ensuring consistency across systems.
  • Data reporting and verification — Support the team by preparing reports and validating data completeness and accuracy.

Profile

  • Education — Currently enrolled in a university program; available to work fulltime (40 hours per week).
  • Language skills — Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Technical skills — Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Data check, lookup).
  • Work style — Proactive, organized, analytical, able to work independently, and attentive to detail.
  • Interest in systems — Strong interest in data management, applications, and operational systems.
  • Interpersonal skills — Able to communicate clearly, openly, and constructively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Location — Based in the Netherlands; required to be in the office at least two days per week.

Start date: 5th of October / Available for 6 months / Full-Time
