The role

Provide daily support to the E-Commerce team in maintaining various aspects of the online flagship store karllagerfeld.com, ranging from site merchandising and product ranking to enriching online products and analyzing performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the E-Commerce team in managing all aspects of karllagerfeld.com.
  • Assist with site merchandising and content management.
  • Support online product enrichment.
  • Coordinate translation requests.
  • Assist with back-end operations.
  • Prepare weekly market analysis and sales performance reports.
  • Assist with research and benchmarking.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Support office-related tasks.

Profile

  • Studies in fashion, retail, e-commerce, or a business-related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud programs is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written; additional spoken languages are a plus.
  • Eye for detail, visual competencies, and up-to-date knowledge of the online retail environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-moving and international team.
  • Able to prioritize and multitask.
