Customer Success Manager 🇳🇱

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of around 60 to 80 clients, mostly small and medium-sized businesses from a wide range of industries. You’ll help them shape and execute their SEO and GEO strategy, create content using our AI platform, and ensure they see real results in visibility and growth.

Your role combines strategy, creativity and relationship-building. You’re the trusted partner for your clients, translating data into clear actions, sharing advice and helping them get the most out of our platform. You’ll also identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and manage renewals after 12 months, building long-term relationships and measurable success.

Your responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth start
• Manage a diverse portfolio of 60–80 clients and support their SEO and GEO growth
• Create content and strategies using our AI-powered platform
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and manage renewals after 12 months
• Share customer feedback to improve our product and processes

Requirements

• Experience in customer success or account management
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-minded attitude
• Interest in SEO, digital marketing, or web development is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
