Job description

Aquablu is disrupting the marketplace with a flavored water system, offering a healthy but tasty alternative to soft drinks. Active in almost 16 countries, the company partners with industry leaders like Heineken, Adyen and Marriott Hotels, with a mission to save one billion plastic bottles by 2030.

“That might sound really ambitious, but our team is part of an inspiring movement in an industry that’s thirsty for change.”

Marc, Co-founder of Aquablu

Aquablu represents the next generation of hydration, and its supply chain keeps the engine running. With new products, regions and opportunities on the horizon, this role serves as the operational backbone to make it all work. As Supply Chain Coordinator, you own the daily operational engine: the order book, inbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and supplier communications that help keep production on schedule. This is not a support role; you are here to own and shape a system, improve it, and automate wherever possible so the team’s energy goes to the highest-leverage work.

What You’ll Do:

Ownership Areas

  • Stock Level Tracking: Keep inventory data accurate and up-to-date, so there is always visibility into what is available and what is needed.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create, follow up on, and optimize purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Inbound logistics coordination: Streamline the movement of materials from suppliers to warehouses.
  • RMA Tracking: Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations to stay on top of product returns and repairs.

Supportive Tasks

  • Supplier Management & NC Management: Collaborate with suppliers and handle non-conformities to keep things running smoothly.
  • Quality Control: Help maintain the highest product standards.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements that boost efficiency across the board.

About You:

  • Relevant Experience: At least 3 years in a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Eye for Detail: You spot the small stuff that others might miss.
  • Reliable: Tasks are seen through to the finish.
  • Adaptable: You keep calm when projects shift or surprises pop up.
  • Experience working at a company that makes physical products.
  • Able to work in the Netherlands without requiring visa sponsorship.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with the ins and outs of producing through third parties.
  • If you speak Dutch.
