Are you ready to lead digital experiences for thousands of partners and couriers globally? As our Sr. CRM Manager, you will join the B2B CRM department within Platform & Solutions. The mission is to empower, advise, and inspire partners and couriers at scale across global channels.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between lifecycle strategy, data analytics, and marketing automation with a true partner-centric approach. Teamwork is valued to deliver seamless automation, shifting from static lists toward building dynamic, real-time automated experiences.

By stepping into the shoes of stakeholders, you will care for the ecosystem and drive business results across core pillars: Commercial Impact, Operational Efficiency, and AI Innovation.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Own automated lifecycle programs end-to-end, setting clear goals across strategy, execution, maintenance, and measurement.
  • Design and optimize cross-channel logic across high-impact touchpoints like WhatsApp, push notifications, and email, including conflict resolution and rules management.
  • Manage the operational health of loops and utilize Google BigQuery (SQL) to transform raw data into real-time and personalized segments.
  • Foster deep collaboration across Product, Supply, Logistics, and Analytics to break down silos and move fast.
  • Lead with a focus on driving excellence, helping one another succeed, and raising the bar for the automation engine.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Experience with orchestration complexity: understanding of prioritization rules, conflict management, and complex multi-channel coordination.
  • Hands-on tech experience with databases (SQL), API integrations, webhooks and CRM implementation (e.g., Braze, Salesforce).
  • Ability to collaborate at a high technical level with data engineers on backend logic, while maintaining a strong strategic focus on the partner and courier experience.
  • A proactive attitude, remaining determined and staying committed to achieving goals from concept to execution.
  • A continuous desire to aim higher to drive excellence and improve the operational baseline of the tech stack.
