Spring Europe, part of PostNL, connects businesses and consumers worldwide with smart cross-border shipping solutions. As a Logistical Consultant within Spring Europe, you are responsible for designing, implementing and improving end-to-end logistics solutions across our international network. In this role, you will have a strong focus on designing, implementing and continuously improving fulfilment logistics solutions across the Spring Europe network. You support the expansion of our fulfilment capabilities and ensure fulfilment operations are scalable, standardized and well documented.

You act as the linking pin between commercial, operational, and technical teams, ensuring customer requirements are translated into scalable and operationally feasible solutions. In a fast-growing and complex environment, you take ownership of implementations and continuously optimise our supply chain.

You will:

• Design, implement and improve fulfilment logistics solutions across the Spring Europe network.
• Support the implementation and expansion of fulfilment hubs and operational capabilities.
• Translate commercial customer requirements into scalable fulfilment and logistics solutions.
• Analyse and optimise end-to-end logistics processes, including warehouse and transport interfaces.
• Implement and analyse fulfilment KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify capacity constraints, operational risks and define corrective measures within the fulfilment network.
• Coordinate operational readiness activities, including testing, go-live and stabilization.
• Work closely with the Customer Implementation Manager and local operations teams during customer onboarding.
• Act as a sparring partner for Sales, Operations, IT, Product and Commercial teams.
• Drive standardisation of processes, best practices and operational consistency across countries.
• Ensure changes, decisions and process designs are clearly documented and communicated.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Balance customer needs with operational feasibility and network efficiency.

You will be part of the Cross Border Solutions (CBS) team within Network & Operations at Spring Europe. Together with another Logistical Consultant and a Junior Logistical Consultant, you will design and optimize international logistics solutions. CBS operates in more than 190 countries with 1,200 employees across 13 global offices, including its headquarters in The Hague. In this role, you will work closely with international colleagues from Operations, Product Management, IT, and Customer Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• A gross monthly salary between €4.338, - and €6.890, - (based on 39.25 hours per week), depending on experience, typically scale 10/11.

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or cross-border e-commerce.
• Experience with project management and logistics implementations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes.

• Able to thrive in a complex, international environment.
• Proactive, ownership-driven and fluent in English.
