Tiqets is hiring a Junior Product Manager B2B to join its mission to bring the world more ways to culture.

Tiqets is a tech scale-up headquartered in the Netherlands, focused on making it easy for travelers to discover and book tickets for experiences around the world in one place.

What you will do

As a Junior PM, you'll help shape the tools and processes that enable Tiqets to onboard, curate, and manage supply at scale. Working closely with an experienced Senior Product Manager, you'll get hands-on experience across discovery, delivery, stakeholder work and analytics, while contributing to real B2B initiatives in supplier onboarding and tooling.

This role is built for someone early in their product career who is curious, proactive and learns by doing. You enjoy solving problems, understanding user needs and leverage new technologies to create impact.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Product Manager in delivering initiatives across supplier onboarding, tooling and supply operations.
  • Talk to business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and turn them into product improvements.
  • Shape supplier-facing tooling that helps suppliers manage their inventory and products more efficiently.
  • Help improve onboarding and supply quality through data analysis, automation and workflow optimization.
  • Work alongside engineers, designers and data scientists throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Take ownership of smaller initiatives and projects with coaching from experienced product leaders.
  • Explore how AI and automation can improve internal workflows and user experiences.

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems)
  • Strong interest in technology, digital products and problem-solving.
  • Genuinely comfortable with technology and AI. Not just using chatbots, but actively exploring tools, automations, and workflows to get things done. You likely already build or tinker with these on your own.
  • Strong analytical skills: you're able to read and create data visualizations and work with BI tools and/or spreadsheets to find answers.
  • A user-centered mindset and structured approach to breaking down complex problems.
  • High ownership and initiative - you spot opportunities and drive them forward.
  • Strong communication and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Living in the Netherlands
