Job Description

Start Date: September 2026

Duration: at least 6 months

Type: Internship (thesis might be an option, but it has to be written in your own time)

The Philips Personal Health business, in the Service Parts team (as part of the bigger Marketing & Consumer Engagement & Care department), plays a key role in driving the best service experience online for consumers when it comes to self-repair of their Philips products (e.g. toothbrushes, shavers). It's a dynamic, target-driven and enthusiastic team with a lot of expertise in the field.

In this role you will have the opportunity to learn more about procurement, consumer satisfaction, and how a global organization works. The role is a practical, hands-on role, mainly consisting of operational support to the wider team, for example by uploading correct prices into the system and supporting contact with suppliers.

Your role:

  • Uploading service parts prices in the PDH (Product Data Hub)
  • Price maintenance
  • Quotation review and approval
  • Procurement operational tasks with suppliers and warehouses
  • Supplier performance review

You're the right fit if:

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • You are detail oriented, strong analytical and have a basic/good proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel).
  • You are a team-player, self-starter and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You have excellent English skills, preferably with other languages such as Chinese, Dutch, Italian or Polish.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

We are a health technology company.

Philips is a leading health technology company focused on improving people’s lives across the health continuum – from healthy living and prevention, to diagnosis, treatment and home care. Applying advanced technologies and deep clinical and consumer insights, Philips delivers integrated solutions that address the Quadruple Aim: improved patient experience, better health outcomes, improved staff experience, and lower cost of care.
