This internship in Unilever’s Communications Department is more than just an internship; it’s a chance to learn, grow, and leave your mark at one of the largest and most innovative FMCG companies on the planet. Your ideas will drive impact, and your creativity will take center stage.

What makes this internship exciting?

The team will provide you with opportunities to support internal communications efforts, create communication assets for campaigns and activations, manage events for stakeholders, and contribute to external storytelling. You will develop skills in managing communications in a dynamic environment and participate in issue management and change communication.

This isn’t just about learning – it’s about leading! Here’s what your journey will look like:

  • Supporting Unilever’s delivery of its sustainability goals for livelihoods and human rights.
  • Working alongside external partners to advocate for systemic change, including to Governments.
  • Creating impactful communications campaigns and deploy market research on sustainable brands and business.
  • Structuring, collecting and managing information from different stakeholders.
  • Preparing senior leaders for external events including at key global moments e.g. UN General Assembly, World Economic Forum, World Summit for Social Development.

You’re the perfect fit if:

  • You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting August-September 2026.
  • You are enrolled (3rd or 4th year) in a Bachelor or Master’s – e.g. communications, political science, or sustainability.
  • You have a demonstrated interest in business and sustainability, i.e. through study, additional classes around specific sustainability themes, extra activities.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • You are eager and excited to learn.
  • You excel in communication.
  • You are proactive.
