  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards in PowerBI, ensuring insights remain relevant and user-friendly.
  • Analyse logistics performance and turn data into clear, actionable business insights, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Support process optimization through deep-dive analyses, continuous KPI improvement, and best-practice documentation.
  • Contribute to logistics tender activities, including data validation, cost modeling, and transit time analysis across all transport modes.

What you bring

Must-haves:

  • Proven experience in business analysis focusing on supply chain, from requirements gathering and process mapping to gap analysis.
  • Solid data analytics and reporting skills using Excel, SQL and BI tools.
  • Demonstrated process improvement mindset with measurable results.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate numbers into clear business stories.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • High-level understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Economics or a related field.
  • Strong English skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with PowerBI and TMS.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and knowledge of logistics tendering or freight cost drivers.
  • Cultural awareness and strong facilitation/workshop skills.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a comparable job.
