At NIKE retail stores, retail assistants are called “Athletes”. Nike Roosendaal is looking for the next Part Time Athlete to join the team and provide world-class service to consumers.

What you bring

• Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to consumers.
• Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Supporting various store departments (e.g. operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Improving your own knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date and gain more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to effectively communicate in English; Dutch is a plus. Please provide your resume in English.
• Must be able to live and work in the Netherlands.
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
