Life tastes better with ice cream

With 19,000 expert ice cream colleagues and iconic brands like Wall’s, Cornetto and Ben & Jerry’s, loved in 76 countries, we are the world’s largest Ice Cream company leading the industry.

What truly sets us apart is how we work.

We move fast and keep things simple. We turn ideas into action, trust people to take ownership, and work as one team to win together with integrity. Our culture is high-performance, collaborative and focused on getting things done.

We’re curious and ready for what’s next. We embrace digital, use data to make better decisions, and keep learning, including how AI can help us work smarter and serve consumers better.

The Role

Getting the right products on the right shelf, consistently, is one of the biggest commercial opportunities in our category - and it’s how we win with customers and shoppers.

On-shelf availability is shaped across many processes and touchpoints. This role drives the capability across the chain from customer insight to the shelf to the P&L for the In-Home channel across Europe, UK & Ireland and Australia/New Zealand.

You’ll build and lead the In-Home execution engine: turning customer and shopper insight into commercial standards, raising the quality of customer planning and field execution, building on-shelf availability (OSA) into a live capability, and turning execution data into action. You’ll own the standards, capability and analytics that serve our markets.

The chain you’ll own: customer insight → customer plans (Salesforce TPM / Customer Business Plan) → execution (Perfect Store / retail execution) → on-shelf availability → P&L.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Translate customer and shopper insight into the standard for customer plans, commercial priorities and market action.
  • Define the standard for Customer Business Planning - raising the quality and consistency of planning in Salesforce TPM.
  • Lead Perfect Store / retail execution for the In-Home channel - standard, survey design, audit cadence and commercial ownership, through and beyond a major systems transformation.
  • Build on-shelf availability into a live commercial KPI - standardise measurement, build robust OSA logic from customer EPOS (point-of-sale) data, and extend coverage across our top customers.
  • Support the field-force capability model - archetypes, standards and capability analysis that help markets deploy where the opportunity is greatest.
  • Build Next-Best-Action capability - turning execution and store data into prioritised, AI-enabled action.
  • Lead a small team and build the execution capability model that markets adopt.

We're looking for someone who

Essential:

  • Has 10+ years’ commercial experience across Customer Development / Customer Strategy & Planning / execution / category / field roles, with real exposure to how execution breaks in-store and how to fix it.
  • Has hands-on experience shaping or deploying commercial execution systems (Salesforce TPM, retail / field execution (REX), or equivalent).
  • Has strong execution analytics skills - turning EPOS and store data into prioritised action, not just reporting.
  • Is a proven capability-builder, comfortable creating standards in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
  • Knows how to influence across Customer Development, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, Finance and markets.
  • Is a people leader who can also influence broadly without authority.

Desirable

  • Experience through ERP / CRM / planning transformation (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Multi-market European / regional scope.
  • FMCG experience in impulse, snacking or frozen - where availability and execution decide who wins.

Why join us?

This is a place for people who are passionate about ice cream and are growth obsessed - both for the business and for themselves. People who act like an owner and drive our business end-to-end. People who are driven by success to deliver more than we ever thought we could!

You’ll thrive here if you value an inclusive culture, with low ego and hierarchy - and if you’re excited to continuously learn and challenge how we work, using digital, data, and new thinking to push us forward.

  • Roles with real accountability and visible impact
  • Free to move fast, experiment and challenge how things are done
  • Continuous learning and development as the business grows
  • Reward linked to performance and contribution

Your career here is shaped by what you deliver, as you work across functions and markets and grow with the business.
