Financial Accountant

Leviat is seeking a Financial Accountant to support the day-to-day finance operations, reporting and control environment of Anvil Bidco BV, a key entity within the Leviat business.

The role will support the Finance Manager with financial accounting and month-end close, AP/AR processing and vendor management, payroll accounting co-ordination and treasury and intercompany accounting support.

Education/Experience

• A degree level in accounting, business, economics or finance
• 2-4 years’ experience
• Month-end close and reporting will be an advantage
• Previous experience working in AR / AP function will be an advantage
• Experience in SAP (S/4HANA) or similar ERP preferred
• Advanced Excel skills

Key responsibilities

• All tasks related to the accounts payables / receivables
• Assistance with supplier/customer set-ups
• Issuing and processing invoices
• AR/AP monthly reporting
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Responsibility over payment runs, including foreign currency payments, and bank reconciliations
• Processing of journals relating to intercompany, accruals and treasury transactions and payroll
• Liaison between HR for payroll accounting purposes
• Providing support to the Finance Manager for internal and external reporting needs
• Acting as a key contact person for Anvil Bidco related finance queries
• Other duties / projects as may be required by management duties
