Finance Internship Opportunity

As an EU Finance Manufacturing Intern your main responsibilities will be:

• Contribute to all Finance & Control related business issues to support decision making across Operations functions.
• Consolidate, analyze and animate performance of the 33 European designated factories.
• Manage monthly performance of the factories (define targets, RF, actuals).
• Follow up on deviations and initiate action to fill the gaps vs. target.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of industrial costs, KPI and performance.

You bring:

• An analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills (including vlookups and pivot tables).
• A proactive, open-minded and motivated attitude, with willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality and accurate results.
• The ability to challenge situations and act with resilience.
• Great team spirit.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

There are also some mandatory requirements:

• Master student in Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, studies with a Finance specialization, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and based in the Netherlands.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
• Available to start in August for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
• Able to work from the Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.
