We are looking for a Business Operations and Partnership Intern.

GameDistribution offers a service for both developers and publishers, helping developers monetize their high-quality (HTML5/WebGL) games by distributing them across an extensive network of publishers. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking student who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and shares our passion for games.

What you will be doing and learning in this role

As a Business Operations and Partnership Intern, you will work closely with the Business Operations and Partnership Lead to support daily operations, helping ensure smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners. Your responsibilities will focus on operational follow-ups, data handling, and partnership support, while also contributing to process improvements and overall efficiency.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support day-to-day business operations by tracking follow-ups across tools such as Jira and internal systems, ensuring tasks are resolved efficiently
  • Assist in cross-functional communication to support smooth coordination across teams
  • Conduct market research on tools and systems to support operational workflows
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and supporting initiatives to streamline workflows
  • Collect, organize, and prepare performance and financial data for reporting and analysis
  • Assist with partnership operations, including QA checks, marketing asset coordination, and promotion tracking

This position is perfect for someone who needs to complete a mandatory internship.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are enrolled in a Dutch university for the full duration of the internship, studying Business Administration, International Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • You are based in the Netherlands
  • Previous internships, traineeships, or relevant work experience are a plus
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Interest in gaming and the game industry
  • Finance major is a plus
  • Ability to work with Photoshop is a plus

Available for a minimum of 5 months or longer, starting in September 2026.
