Hair Color Chemist

Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience in hair color formulation and product development, combined with a strong scientific foundation and passion for innovation. This role requires developing and optimizing formulations, supporting projects from concept to launch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality professional products.

Mission

• Develop and improve formulations for hair dyes, bleaches, and related professional hair color products, ensuring performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Design, execute, and evaluate laboratory experiments to support formulation development and optimization.

• Analyze test results and recommend formulation improvements based on scientific data and consumer insights.

• Support product development projects from concept through commercialization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful scale-up, production, and launch of new products.

• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, ingredients, and regulations within the hair color category.

• Mentor laboratory technicians and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

• Proactively contribute ideas and initiatives to improve product performance, sustainability, and development efficiency.

You

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hair color formulation and development.

• Solid understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulation technologies, testing methodologies, and relevant regulations.

• Experience supporting product launches and development projects.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective project management and organizational abilities.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across functions.

• Curious, proactive, and motivated to contribute to innovation within the Hair Color category.
