The internship
- Tackle projects that globally shape multi-million-euro categories in Indirect Procurement, including Marketing Services, Below The Line & Sponsorships, Commercial Materials & Services, Digital & Technology, Production Services, Energy and Logistics, where your ideas can drive real savings for HEINEKEN and you will learn directly from industry-leading experts.
- Work directly with the Director Indirect Procurement, the team, and stakeholders, joining strategic conversations and building valuable, well-structured insights to support strategy and deployment. Organize and prepare for internal and external engagements.
- Support teams by analyzing data, managing projects, and driving improvements with automation, technology, and AI.
- Track, analyze, and report procurement performance, learning how a global business measures success.
- Work with HEINEKEN’s Operating Companies (OpCos) worldwide, sharpening your influencing skills and global mindset.
- Dive into market research to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Organize team culture activities where you help build a vibrant team spirit and bring people together.

The terms of employment
- Your starting date is as soon as possible.
- The internship is fulltime.
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months, in consultation with your internship supervisor.
- It is a practice-oriented internship.
- You will be based in Amsterdam and Schiphol.
- During your internship, you have the flexibility to work from home in a hybrid environment with 3 days a week in the office.
- You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month, based on fulltime.
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed.

Conditions of HEINEKEN
- You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
- In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
- You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).
