We are looking for a Marketing Production Manager to help drive creative innovation and production of best-in-class entertainment campaigns for the Sub-Saharan Africa markets. The candidate will project manage the production and delivery of all marketing campaign deliverables for titles across our Series, Films and Unscripted slates, ensuring that all the elements that go into making a great campaign are delivered on time and on budget.
In this role you will be the go-to partner supporting our marketing, publicity and social teams. This means that you are a nimble, solutions-oriented, project management expert, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires you to bridge competing priorities amongst global, regional and local cross-functional stakeholders.
You will work closely with in-house producers in our AV, Art & Print as well as external creative and production agencies, to manage Netflix’s production and operational campaign needs. You will partner closely with marketing managers working across the Sub-Saharan Africa team to ensure operational excellence and a solutions-led project management approach to all the campaigns you are assigned to. You will serve as the connection point to all cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating alignment between global and local teams dedicated to creative, localisation, strategy, media, marketing, publicity and social.
The ideal candidate will be a creative project manager or producer with a strong background in marketing and strong local production expertise. Experience project managing marketing campaigns either client-side or at an agency is essential, along with exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage competing priorities between global and local cross-functional teams.
