Pricing Specialist (Temporary/ 1-year)

At IDEXX, you will be at the heart of Commercial Business Operations, responsible for the implementation of pricing for all IDEXX lines of business in EMEA as a Pricing Specialist.

This is a temporary role with a 1-year duration.

Why this role matters:

The Pricing team plays a key role and is the gatekeeper in ensuring compliance with the internal authorization pricing matrix and SOX controls. You will be a key contributor to the financial success of the IDEXX Companion Animal Group (CAG), support business growth, and ultimately contribute to better outcomes for animal health.

In this role:

• You will be part of the team responsible for the implementation and maintenance of pricing for all lines of business in EMEA.
• This involves topics such as yearly list price review and updates, discounts, VAT conditions, shipping fees, marketing programs, and promotional efforts in the IDEXX product and services catalogue.
• You will work directly with IDEXX Sales professionals, the Marketing Department, and Finance to ensure the smooth and compliant implementation of pricing.

What you need to succeed:

• You must have relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
• Your work integrates a continuous balance between speed and accuracy.
• You have experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Excel and can handle a high workload.
• You are a team player.
• You have 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience within a Shared Service environment, Data Entry, or Pricing.
• You have experience working with international companies.
• You have an excellent command of the English language, written and verbal.
• You enjoy working in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
• You have the ability to work alone and in a team; you are self-motivated and solutions driven within a changing, fast-paced environment.
• You have emotional intelligence, humility, willingness to learn, and can take and receive feedback constructively.
• You have high ethical standards.
• You are tech savvy, have an eye for detail, can prioritize your workload, and work well with a range of different stakeholders.
