Shape the future of e-mobility across Europe

Do you want to create seamless charging experiences for electric vehicle drivers and help accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility?

As a Proposition Manager EMSP (E-Mobility Service Provider), you will play a key role in shaping and evolving our offering across multiple European markets.

You will work at the intersection of strategy, product development, and customer experience—collaborating with international teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.

Your role

Develop and evolve our EMSP proposition

  • Define and continuously improve our EMSP offering for different customer segments and use cases
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap, including pricing, tariffs, and loyalty features

Support key partnerships and fleet solutions

  • Design tailored offers for key accounts, fleet customers, and EMSP partnerships
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to identify and assess business opportunities
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with outbound roaming partners

Go-to-market, pricing & commercial setup

  • Define go-to-market approaches for new and existing propositions
  • Collaborate closely with pricing experts
  • Support contract terms and enable sales teams through training and guidance

Drive product development

  • Represent customer and market needs in the product development lifecycle
  • Set priorities and support implementation of features such as apps, charge cards, and automated charging
  • Work closely with product owners and technical teams

Enhance customer experience

  • Monitor and act on customer feedback
  • Help ensure a smooth and consistent customer journey across markets

Enable and align internal teams

  • Train and support sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams
  • Act as a bridge between commercial and technical stakeholders

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Master’s degree (e.g., MSc or MBA)
  • Experience in e-mobility or a complex product environment (approx. 5+ years)
  • Strong customer focus and commercial mindset
  • Structured, analytical, and quality-driven way of working
  • Comfortable collaborating with and influencing diverse stakeholders
  • Confident communicator and presenter
  • Enjoy working in an international and cross-functional environment
  • Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
