Culinary Intern (f/m/x)

HelloFresh is looking for a Culinary Intern to join its ambitious, fast-growing team in Amsterdam from September 2026 for 6 months.

During your internship, you will support the Recipe Team responsible for all recipes in the HelloFresh Box. You will work at the center of a dynamic team, connecting product team members including recipe developers, dieticians, nutritionists, menu planners, and recipe editors. This is a unique opportunity to learn and gain experience in a growing business that is leading the way in the food industry.

The role: What's in the Box

What you’ll do

• Support recipe developers in the kitchen by preparing cooking and tasting sessions and keeping the kitchen organized and clean.
• Occasionally assist with (re)cooking recipes when needed.
• Make sure the test kitchen is stocked with the needed groceries.
• Assist in ongoing projects, ranging from marketing initiatives to culinary inspiration sessions.
• Carry out deep dives and research into recipe successes and potential improvements.
• Support the team on operational tasks, such as ensuring recipes are 100% accurate.

What you’ll bring

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant program.
• You speak fluent English, and Dutch is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for cooking and recipe improvement and a strong motivation for HelloFresh are essential.
• You’re proactive, ambitious, creative, and like to make things happen.
• You are full of ideas and can act as a sparring partner for the recipe developers.

This is a paid internship designed to offer hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment. As an intern, you will have structured guidance to support your learning and development. The internship is intended to help you build practical skills, gain exposure to how HelloFresh operates, and learn through doing. It is suitable for students or recent graduates whose educational requirements allow them to complete an internship during the proposed period.
