Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst supporting the full Exact Group, you will play a pivotal role in creating reliable, actionable steering information for all of us — from Product and Sales to Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.

As a Data Analyst at Exact, you will turn diverse data sources into insights that support strategic, tactical, and operational decision making across the entire company. Your work will influence planning, performance management, forecasting, and organizational alignment. You’ll work on projects that combine analytics, experimentation, and collaboration across teams.

You will:

• Translate organizational needs into structured analytical projects that deliver clear steering information.
• Collaborate with experts across all departments, ensuring insights are aligned with business priorities.
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI that provide reliable, consistent steering information for leadership and teams.
• Advise stakeholders on how to interpret insights and embed data driven thinking in their processes.

You will join our central BI team, collaborating with specialists in Data Engineering, Business Analysis, Finance, and Strategy. Our teams are international and multidisciplinary, united by a shared ambition: enabling every part of Exact to make smarter, data driven decisions.

This is what you bring

• A passion for data and a drive to create impact across an entire organization.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or Finance/Economics.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling in Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
• Understanding of business processes and performance management.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• A solution-oriented mindset, with the capability to thoroughly analyze complex data questions.
• The ability to explain complex analyses and visualizations in a clear and accessible way to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and translating user requirements into concrete, practical solutions.
