Join TomTom as a Digital Marketing Intern and support the team across email campaigns, webinars, market research, and performance analysis.
What you'll do:
- Support the planning and execution of email campaigns (invitations, reminders, follow-ups)
- Coordinate content and design with internal stakeholders and creative teams
- Build and QA emails in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Assist with audience segmentation and list management
- Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting and optimization (aligned with internal email workflow and KPI tracking practices)
Webinar Support
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of webinars (setup, promotion, follow-up)
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and speaker logistics with internal teams
- Support webinar promotion through email and other digital channels
- Help track registrations, attendance, and post-event performance metrics (consistent with webinar execution and reporting roles)
Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct research on competitor marketing activities (emails, webinars, campaigns)
- Create benchmarking reports and highlight key trends and insights
- Support analysis of industry best practices and identify opportunities for improvement (aligned with internal benchmarking and reporting tasks)
Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in compiling campaign performance reports
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends and actionable insights
- Provide recommendations to improve future campaigns
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, especially email and event marketing
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or marketing platforms is a plus
